This November, Bournemouth welcomes a new dining destination as The Ivy Collection opens its 42nd restaurant in the heart of the seaside town.

The Ivy Bournemouth Brasserie promises to offer its unique blend of excellent food, exceptional service and an all-day dining experience for locals and visitors alike.

Located close to Bournemouth Square and just a short walk from the town’s golden sandy beaches, the Ivy Bournemouth Brasserie offers a unique experience every day of the week. From early breakfast to late night cocktails, the restaurant offers a warm and inviting atmosphere for up to 208 guests. For those looking to soak up the British sun, the new outdoor terrace, which can accommodate up to 50 guests, is the ideal venue for everything from special occasions to festive gatherings.

The menu at The Ivy Bournemouth Brasserie caters for all tastes and includes a diverse selection of modern, seasonal dishes. Customers can sample classics like Shepherd’s Pie and Blackened Cod, or discover new flavors with options like artichoke and sweet potato tagine. The carefully curated drinks list offers expertly crafted cocktails, a selection of champagne and a variety of fine wines.

In addition to its exceptional dining experience, The Ivy Bournemouth Brasserie will also make a positive impact on the local community by creating 120 new jobs in Bournemouth’s hospitality industry.

The new venture is led by manager Barnaby Harris-Reid, who brings his expertise from The Ivy Chichester together with head chef Romuald Richomme.

Laura Mills, CEO of The Ivy Collection commented in the opening statement: “We are thrilled to be bringing The Ivy experience to the wonderful seaside town of Bournemouth. With its close-knit community and iconic coastal location, it is the perfect location for our next restaurant. The team can’t wait to open our doors before the festive season and bring Bournemouth to life residents with our unparalleled Ivy service and exceptional seasonal cuisine.
