The Butcombe group plans to expand its pubs in rooms by turning 20 locations into Butcombe Boutique Inn.
Pub operator and brewery, formerly the Liberation Group, stated that its accommodation division “continues to mature and increases its value,” which now represents 14.5% of its combined sales managed by the United Kingdom.
Butcombe manages over 120 pubs and inn, offering more than 400 rooms in areas from Mayfair to StAbin, Jersey, London.
Last year, it launched Butcombe Boutique Inns to enter the Premium accommodation market and has since developed 11 huts.
Six of these guest houses have already been opened, while four are currently updated, including Methuen weapons in Corsham, Winchcombe lion, Lulworth Castle Inn and a white horse in Chilgrove. The group believes that the form is potentially expanded to 20 inn.
Butcombe’s goals in the accommodation sector The following 11.1%sales increase, announced in 2025. Food sales increased by 10.3%, drinking of beverages by 13.3%and expanding room business increased by 5.3%.
The recent warm spring weather continues to increase sales, and 40% of Butcombe’s luggage is now served outdoors.
Throughout the year 25 January 2025, Butcombe reported £ 149 million of revenue, compared with £ 144.4 million the previous year. Its controlled pub segment performed particularly well, producing a 7.8%increase in net sales.
During this time, the pub group improved its breakfast funding, the fastest growing meal and improved all day brunch, small plates, sandwiches and classics.
