One he recommends is magnesium glycinate. Dr. Ahmed says in a video posted on TikTok that the supplement will help with poor sleep and improve your nights.
He says: “Glycine is both an amino acid and a neurotransmitter, so this supplement is especially helpful for poor sleep and moodiness.”
