The Dining Room restaurant at London’s Goring Hotel is set to reopen in March following an extensive multi-million pound refurbishment.
Since August 2019, the Michelin-starred flagship restaurant, a restaurant with five red AA stars, has been under the culinary direction of Chef Graham Squire.
The restaurant, which is being renovated under the supervision of Russell Sage Studio, is currently closed to customers.
The announcement of the relaunch mentioned that the redesigned space would have a “luxurious aesthetic” in homage to the hotel’s rich history.
After completion, the restaurant will have a new top-class kitchen and a specially made chef’s table designed for up to six people.
Before joining Goring, Chef Graham Squire held the position of Head Chef at the Lickford Inn in West Sussex and was previously Head Chef at the Michelin-starred Trinity Restaurant in Clapham, London.
In addition, he gained experience at prestigious establishments such as Claridge’s in London’s Mayfair and Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons in Oxfordshire.
Founded by Otto Goring in 1910, The Goring remains a rare gem among London’s luxury properties, proudly maintaining its status as one of the few establishments owned and operated by the family that originally built it.
