Founded by former fund manager turned herbalist and naturopath Jenya Di Pierro in 2018, the club describes itself as providing a sanctuary for individuals and families to help achieve long-term emotional, mental and physical balance. Jenya, who observed how much spa culture was an everyday part of life during her decade in Japan, studied naturopathy and herbal medicine before returning to London. She aimed to create a unique space between work and home to bring friends and families together and improve overall wellness.

The Early Years Kids Club is a magical forest-themed space that offers interactive play and learning zones with sensory elements, as well as dance, music and art classes led by qualified child development experts. Members can enjoy up to three classes a day, alongside full access to the soft play area and a brasserie serving nutritional vegetarian food.

Themed events for children range from Fashion Weeks and Valentine’s Day to summer beach parties. Their top-tier welcome pack includes a 30-minute wellness consultation with Naturopath and Herbalist Jenya Di Pierro, a 60-minute massage, a 60-minute facial, use of the thermal suite, an infrared sauna session and an herbal product of your choice. The club also includes a crèche service, giving parents a chance to unwind in the wellness facilities, complete with a hair salon and spa boasting a thermal suite, sauna, Himalayan salt cave and meditation room. Treatments include massages, anti-ageing facials and bespoke packages performed on custom-made Dolomites Quartz beds. Jenya Di Pierro offers herbal medicine and homoeopathy consultations for adults and children, which sit alongside an offering of acupuncture, colonic hydrotherapy, IV infusions, physiotherapy, hypnotherapy and psychotherapy.

Kids Club members can additionally book appointments with the Cloud Twelve off-site team for sleep and lactation advice, holistic education, speech therapy, family support, childbirth and child development consultations, which are available on request.
