M&S shoppers have left positive reviews of a £17.50 beach dress which many say is perfect for holidays. The mini tiered beach dress comes in pink fizz (all sizes available between eight and 24) and black (all sizes available bar six, eight and 24) .
Next is to sell something similar: a blackout Kaftan which is available in three shades: coral pink, black and white flat and black floral . The costs £24 and is 100 per cent cotton so you know it will be very comfortable.
One M&S shopper wrote: “Fantastic color perfect fit perfect for my holiday in Asia, would like more colours.”
And another wrote: “Beautiful beach dressgreat color. Comfortable and easy to wear.” While a third shouted: “Nice beach dress for the price. Lovely fit and nice colour.”
But the dress was not for everyone. One unhappy customer wrote: “Shapeless, extremely poor quality, very disappointed.”
Elsewhere, Primark sells something quite similar. The Broderie Anglaise Mini Beach Coverup Dress sells in the color Ecru (unbleached linen shade) and retails for £18.
Body part of the dress is completely cottonwhile the embroidery on it is all polyester. But you are reminded not to tumble dry, bleach or dry clean. Instead, wash it inside out, iron on the back, and if you machine wash, do it at a maximum of 30C.
