Eataly London is always one of the top places on our list if we’re in the mood to enjoy some of the best Italian food in the city. And this October, they have collaborated with renowned Italian chef and TV personality Carlo Cracco to showcase a showstopping new menu at Terra restaurant, the wood-burning grill, which is available to try at now.

Mouth-watering dishes such as creamy saffron risotto with smoked bone marrow and a mascarpone cloud tiramisù, will showcase Cracco’s unique, modern culinary vision. Other dishes include breaded lamb chop with lemon and seasonal vegetables, as well as Cracco’s famous soft eggs (Uovo al Tartufo).

Carlo Cracco has built on Terra’s simple cooking techniques with his own elevated twists, continuing to champion the very best Italian ingredients and traditions. Having cultivated a unique approach to Italian cuisine and wine heritage through years of experience (working in an array of Michelin-starred restaurants, including his own!), he is the perfect person to take Terra’s new menu to the next level.

But It’s not just the menu that has had a makeover. The entire space has a new natural and earthy look and feel to reflect the reimagined dishes. However, the iconic two metre long wood fired grill will remain at the heart of the restaurant, maintaining a perfectly cosy atmosphere for winter dining.

And with the build up to the festive period not far off, it’s about time to start locking in Christmas-y plans. So why not gather your friends and family at Terra for an exquisite Italian feast to kickstart the holiday season?
