The team behind Manchester’s Bib Gourmand restaurant, High Ground, has revealed its plans to launch the bar’s shrimp later this year.

Daniel Craig Martin, Joseph Otway and Richard Cossin – the team behind the higher country and wine bar errors is to open a relaxed British seafood and snacking place, bar shrimp, in downtown Manchester this winter.

The bar’s shrimp also contains cocktails, sketch cells and live music, although more information is still available in wrappers.

The higher country began a pop -up in Manchester at the beginning of 2020 after its founders joined the breeder who grows cows eating cows on the pasture in Cheshire Woodlands as part of a regenerative food system.

The restaurant became permanent lighting at the beginning of 2023 and now has a daily moving menu that brings out the entire livestock shop and locally acquired products.

In 2024, it received a Bib -Gourmand Michelin guide in the UK and Irish ceremony.

In 2021, the Trio released an error, a neighborhood wine bar and a bottle shop on the beach in Manchester’s new Islington.
