It’s an exciting week for Taylor Swift fans in the UK as the superstar is set to make her big return to Wembley Stadium, where she will perform five sold-out nights on her record-breaking Eras Tour.
In addition to the concerts and all the excitement that comes with them, Swifties will have the opportunity to shop exclusive tour merchandise.
A large merchandise store will be open in the arena for a whole week, and there will be many other kiosks around the arena selling goodies. However, fans planning to attend should double-check any clothing they plan to purchase, according to fans who have already purchased their items.
For example, I’m 5’11 and usually wear a medium-large. But when I attended the Eras Tour in June, I opted for a small hoodie and an extra small sweatshirt, and my items fit perfectly, the Mirror reports.
I’m not the only fan who decided to downsize. TikTok is full of videos of Swifties advising each other to do the same.
A popular video shared by @molliemoore__ emphasizes the importance of checking the size you need, as it may not match your usual size.
“Taylor items are ridiculously large,” Mollie claimed in the clip. She then explained that she chose an extra small sweatshirt before showing off the size.
Several fans backed up the message in the comments section of the video. “I got the white one in XS and was blown away, luckily managed to shorten both the sleeves and the bottom with a sewing machine,” someone shared.
Another added: “I wasn’t sure where to get a medium or a small so I got a medium to be on the safe side…it fits me like a tent.”
