Yes, we know, zone 4. There you’ll find, Gripped Londonan adrenaline-pumping high ropes course where you can swing, zipline, base jump, and glide high up in the air. This fantastic adventure park that’s perfect for unleashing your inner daredevil.
The park boasts six adrenaline-fuelled activities that are sure to test your nerve, focusing on aerial experiences to get your blood pumping.
What activities are on offer at Gripped?
- High Ropes Courses: Take a thrilling journey through the treetops by taking on two challenging High Ropes courses. Stretching an impressive 650m in length with the highest platform standing at 7.5m, test your fitness and fears up in the beautiful heights of Hounslow Heath.
- Duel Zip Line: Zip down the two exhilarating zip lines, which is undisputedly the most popular activity at Gripped. Made up of 1km of long zips and aerial bridges, it’s one of the activities here with a maximum thrill factor!
- Net Adventure Park: Great for kids or the young-at-heart, tumble, bounce, and slide your way through this unique netted playground that’s the perfect aerial adventure for all.
- Power Fan Descender: Not for the faint of heart, feel like you’re free-falling with this base-jump experience, as you’re attached to a gravity-defying Power Fan Descender for a soft landing.
- Bag Jump: Similar to above but without attachments, jump onto giant inflatable bags for the ultimate test of braveness.
- Speed Slides: Not your usual playground slides, whizz down one of the two 50-metre-long, 24-metre high-speed slides, with one even featuring a vertical drop!
The tree-top Net Park is the family-friendly adventure at Gripped London, where anyone aged 4+ can venture (though children aged 4–6 must be accompanied by an adult at all times). The Zip Trek and High Ropes require under 15s to be accompanied by an adult throughout, while everything else just needs a supervising adult present.
While the Net Park has no height restrictions, you must be a minimum of 1.3 metres tall to take on the Power Fan and Speed Slides, and a minimum of 1.4 metres tall to try everything else in the park.
Where in London is Gripped London located?
Gripped London is located in Hounslow, next door to Hobbledown Heathwhich is a fantastic family day out focused on imagination and interactive play (tickets sold separately). Gripped is very close to the Surrey border, and is easily accessible from the capital, as well as Middlesex and Berkshire. You can find Gripped at Staines Road, Hounslow TW14 0HH.
The nearest tube station is Hounslow Central which is on the Piccadilly line, and the closest train stations are Feltham and Hounslow. As for buses, the 117 & 235 stop outside Gripped.
How much does Gripped cost?
