Survivor 46 episode 5 saw tribes struggling mid game but finally gave them all the work they had been looking for this season. With Survivor 46 losers move through the game at a fast pace, things have been more difficult for some than others. Survivor 46’s Yanu tribe, now consisting of just three losers, has been struggling after systematically losing half of their tribe and subsequent challenges throughout the game. Kenzie Petty, Q Burdette and Tiffany Ervin have been able to keep going despite their big losses, but things have been tough for Yanu.


A pig that had never been to tribal council before Survivor 46 section 5, still includes all its members. Ben Katzman, Charlie Davis, Jemila Hussain-Adams, Maria Shrime Gonzalez, Moriah Gaynor and Tim Spicer work together and fly under the radar.he tribe was hopeful that they could win another immunity challenge. Nami, on the other hand, suffered a loss when Randen Montalvo was medically evacuated Survivor 46 episodes 3, but Hunter McKnight, Liz Wilcox, Soda Thompson, Tevin Davis and Venus Vafa have taken things with a winning attitude. With immunity on the line, things got tough.

The women of the Siga tribe wanted to get rid of the man

At the beginning of the episode, the Siga tribe was shown getting along as usual, both idol hunting and hanging out at the campsite. The tribe knew things would change when they finally hit tribal council because their social dynamics would be tested. Things had to change, but without a loss, there was no reason to rock the boat. The tribe still didn’t know that Jem had discovered the Caution Advantageand had searched tirelessly to find out what had become of it, when Jem blissfully joined their conversation.

Nami, who has come out on top in almost every immunity challenge so far, started to get to know their group socially. Hunter, easily the physically strongest of the tribe, was searching for the idol when Venus, whose closest ally Randen was medically evacuated from the game, followed him into the jungle. Venus tried to wait for him outside and clarify that she was watching him, but as he left Hunter had spotted the Beware Advantage, which had been hidden after Randen left the game. It didn’t come into play until Nami lost the immunity challenge.

The Yanu tribe was happy to be rid of the Destroyers, who they had perceived as dead weight in their group, but having so few people made things difficult strategically. Q’s closest ally, Tiffany, found herself tied to Kenzie, putting her in a difficult situation. Q and Kenzie were discussing the game when he said he was starting to feel hopeless. Telling Kenzie that she would rather quit than keep losing, Q was shown in an interview explaining that he lied to her face. Q said that he wanted Kenzie to believe that she was weaker than she was.

At the camp of the Siga tribe, Tim took a big swing and yelled at Jem for hiding the Caution benefit. Although he didn’t know if he had done so for sure, he tried to narrow things down logically and made the calculation that she had to be the person with the advantage. Jem denied the accusations and was clearly upset that Tim seemed to see through his manipulation. When Tim spoke to Ben and Charlie, who he closely resembled, both thought that Jem probably had the advantage, but neither of them could be sure that it wasn’t another woman.

In the immunity challenge, the tribes were given the news that it would also be a prize challenge for them. Upon entering a new phase of the game, the winning tribe earned a large portion of pastries and fruit, while the runner-up tribe earned a smaller portion of pastries and fruit. The tribes fought their way through an obstacle course that involved untying knots and weaving catapulting sandbags into large targets, and when it was over between Siga and Yanu, The Yanu tribe took home their first ever victorydeserves immunity, food and flint for making fire.

After the immunity challenge, the tribes were told they had to pick three banished passengers to go on the trip. Nami chose Hunter, Siga chose Tim, and Yanu chose Q. The three men traveled to a remote island and talked before the journey’s challenge began. All three decided that if they merged, they would all work together. Each guy explained that they had one person they were close with and they could easily make it to the final six if they all stayed together. They then chose Hunter for the challengewhen Q and Tim return to camp.


The travel challenge required Hunter to look at the logos of 20 different seasons Survivor and put them in order by the date they were sent. While typically pitchers are superfans of the series, some are more serious superfans than others. Tim explained after reading a tip about the trip, which was aimed at a fan of the show, that he probably could have been successful with trivia knowledge, but couldn’t sacrifice losing his voice. Hunter felt confident, but it was hard for him to get the right answer. Hunter finally couldn’t put the seasons in ordersacrificing his vote at the upcoming Tribal Council.

Things were tough as Siga prepared for Tribal Council. There was a tension in their camp that didn’t sit well with any of the tribe members, who had all grown closer over the past week and a half. Jem and Moriah did their best to stop Ben from voting, especially since Maria had two votes at Tribal Council. Jem, who found the immunity idol after completing the Beware Advantage mission, was sure he would be safe. Meanwhile, the men planned to vote Jem out. Charlie and Maria realized they were in controland he had to make the best strategic decision.

At Tribal Council, the hunters said they had become very close over the past few days, but were nervous about what the vote would do to their relationship. While Jem was silent most of the time he spoke Survivor host Jeff Probst, he was confident in choosing not to introduce his immunity idol. Unfortunately, Jem was blinded when Charlie and Maria put their voices together with Tim and Ben, who had no voice, though no one knew, to control the fall. Moriah voted for Ben, but all the other voices left Jem out Survivor 46.
