New Good for LA spin-off series received an exciting launch update that raised questions about when it might premiere on NBC.
Suits creator Aaron Korsh returns to the legal world with a new spin-off series that leaves behind the world of corporate law in New York for an entertainment law firm (Black Lane Law) in Los Angeles.
The series has already filmed its pilot episode starring Stephen Amell (Arrow),

Suits LA is getting a promising pilot update
A new report from Deadline offered more details on the subject Good for LAA legitimate new addition from NBC and original series creator Aaron Korsh.
The outlet notified the pilot Good for LA Is “ready and (has) been tested” NBCUniversal has yet to receive final cut to finalize a potential series order. The pilot is said to have been “well received” internally and is “considered likely” to pick up the set.
It clarified that the decision Good for LA will probably come in July, and the option contracts will continue until the end of the year. Deadline stated that one option Good for LA could see the streak picking up and continuing into the next half.
In addition to this update, promising for the future Good for LAmany are excited to hear that it is said to have been captured “signature wit” from the original show, meaning it will likely keep the same beloved tone as its predecessor.
When does Suits LA premiere on NBC?
A recent NBC article noted Good for LA had been taken on the pilot without a decision on the series order yet being made. The report added how the spin-off could premiere later in the 2024-25 season (September 2024 to August 2025) or move to the 2025-26 season (September 2025 to August 2026).
