Charlie Heaton has been an international name after starring in the Netflix hit Stranger Things from 2016 to the series finale which dropped on New Year’s Eve.

And the Arsenal fan was pictured with staff at the traditional Irish pub in Tottenham Lane which they shared with a post on Facebook and Instagram: “Stranger things’ have definitely happened at McCafferty’s – but this might top the list!

“Charlie Heaton paid us a visit at the weekend and we were delighted to have him. If you know, you know. Come find us in Crouch End – you never know who you might run into! ”

He is now together with his Stranger Things co-star Natalia Dyer and is tipped to appear in the upcoming season of HBO hit Industry .

It’s not the first time a star has walked into McCafferty’s – the Ham&High reported last month how Archway born and raised rock star Rod Stewart popped into the pub and had his photo taken with staff.

Formerly the The Hope&Anchor, McCafferty’s serves up screen sports, weekly live music, “an amazing atmosphere” and “the smoothest pint of Guinness” and is part of a chain of pubs in Ireland, the UK and Spain of the same name.
