“Rachel Bulford, Commercial Director, Splendid Hospitality Group”
Splendid Hospitality Group has appointed Rachel Bulford as its new Chief Commercial Officer, bringing her to the management team and board. Bulford was previously Director of Retail at Gatwick Airport, where he was responsible for developing retail strategies and improving the passenger experience.
In her new role at Splendid Hospitality Group, Rachel will leverage her extensive expertise to optimize commercial strategies, drive growth and improve the overall customer and staff experience at the company’s hotels, fast food restaurants and nursing homes.
Rachel has held senior roles at Homebase, Burberry and OC&C, and started her career at Marks and Spencer. He received an MA from Cambridge University and an MBA from Bayes Business School. Rachel also chaired the UK Travel Retail Forum in 2021-2023.
