Nestle’s Big Biscuit Box is snapped up by Amazon customers – and it has 71 different chocolate bars inside. Currently on sale from £19.80, it now costs £16.69 for a one-off purchase, which means that’s 23p per chocolate bar.
However, if you sign up for a subscription, the price will be £15.02, making the cost 20p per bar. Amazon subscriptions can be set up between two weeks and six months and are free to cancel. Both of these options are cheaper than buying a Freddo as it retails for 25p a pop.
The Big Biscuit Box contains 18 KitKat bars, 16 Breakaway bars, 14 Toffee Crisp and seven Yorkies, a total of 1.4 kg of chocolate. It’s also the perfect container to keep on the side when you need it – I’d know, as I’m an avid Big Biscuit Box subscriber.
I said in my January review: “Of course I can’t resist sticking my hand into this big pot of honey and pulling out one of each flavor, so two months is enough. Yes, I’m so convinced I’ve it. signed up for a cookie subscription service. I won’t be ashamed of this. It’s incredible.
“My only complaint is that there isn’t an even distribution of chocolate bars. You get 16 Breakaway bars, seven Yorkies, 14 Toffee Crisps, 16 Blue Ribands and 18 two finger KitKats. While I’m happy with the amount of KitKats, 16 Blue Ribands and just seven Yorkies makes me almost as angry as when I accidentally eat the Quality Street coconut.
“Besides the massive unfairness, I can’t fault The Big Biscuit Box from Nestlé. Five delicious chocolate treats in an adorable box. Even the reviewers agree – it has a 4.7 out of 26,699 reviews, which is the kind of landslide you’d find only on a Ninja air fryer or a general election in 2024. Five thumbs up. Get the box if you like fun.”
