Spanish operator Líberere Hospitality Group, a Spanish operator specializing in alternative short -term short -term and medium -term accommodation, has launched a new 44 bedroom property as part of an ambitious expansion strategy.
LHG, which is currently operating in Spain, Portugal, Italy and Greece, is now expanding to the UK for the first time with the launch of the Líbers London Edgware Road.
The hotel in Paddington takes a fully renovated Victorian building. It offers 44 bedrooms and includes a café on the ground floor of the café.
The aim of the company is to grow rapidly with the management agreements with existing property owners, which are targeted at both short and medium -term residence.
The model also includes contact-free access and design elements that have inspired Nordic and Japanese aesthetics.

The company’s portfolio currently contains more than 1,900 units in more than 50 properties in these five countries, which cover both the sites and the ongoing development.
There were 16 openings for 2025 in 2025, and LHG predicts that 1,200 units will be 1,200%-135%increase from 2024 to and builds a total pipe of 3000 units, which will mean 66%growth from the previous year. These milestones emphasize the company’s long -term goal of expanding its model in Europe’s most important urban market.
