Pete Tong presents Ibiza Classics – AO Arena

DJ, broadcaster and global dance music legend Pete Tong has announced the return of his critically acclaimed Ibiza Classics show for 2025, featuring long-time collaborator Jules Buckley and The Essential Orchestra.

Ibiza Classics debuted in 2015, as part of BBC Radio 1’s Prom at London’s Royal Albert Hall, paying musical homage to Ibiza and its infectious, energetic brand of club music.

Now celebrating 10 years and its huge success, Ibiza Classics has firmly cemented itself as part of the live music calendar, becoming one of the world’s most iconic orchestral electronic music events.

Having already captured the hearts of millions with sold out dates across the UK, the new live show will include a host of special guest DJs and singers, showcasing stunning reimagines of timeless classic house tracks.

Working on new music, Pete has recently released his highly anticipated new single ‘Release Me’ from The Ibiza Classics series, featuring vocals from Poppy Baskcomb, with co-production from Paul Harris, and orchestral arrangement by Jules Buckley.

Santana – Co-op Live

Grammy-winning rock and roll hall of fame guitarist Carlos Santana has announced his band will hit the road for additional dates of the Oneness Tour in 2025.

Santana will perform high-energy, passion-filled songs from their fifty-year career, including fan favourites from ‘Abraxas’, ‘Woodstock’, ‘Supernatural’, and beyond.

Delivered with a level of passion and soul equal to the legendary sonic charge of his guitar, the sound of Carlos Santana is one of the world’s most popular musical signatures. For more than five decades and since Santana’s earliest days as a groundbreaking Afro-Latin-blues-rock fusion act in San Francisco, Carlos has been the visionary force behind artistry that transcends musical genres.

Most recently, CARLOS, the feature documentary celebrating the music icon’s life and career, premiered at Tribeca Film Festival and was released worldwide. The feature is directed by Rudy Valdez and produced by Imagine Documentaries and Sony Music Entertainment.

Imelda May – The Lowry

Globally revered Irish artist Imelda May has announced her new ‘Raised on Songs & Stories’ tour across the UK, with a special series of intimate evenings featuring new stripped back versions of her wide discography and favourite songs. The events will even be integrated with her popular poetry and storytelling too.

The star has told fans: “I’m coming to you soon! Ten nights of UK Spring tour!”

Born and raised in The Liberties area of Dublin, Imelda May has become one of the UK and Ireland’s most celebrated female artists as a singer, songwriter, actor, producer, poet, presenter and storyteller.

Her breakthrough album ‘Love Tattoo’ (2008) remains the best-selling album of all time by a homegrown female artist in Ireland, whilst her most recent album ’11 Past the Hour’ (2021) marks her fourth No. 1 album in Ireland and fourth Top 10 in the UK.

Her debut poetry book ‘A Lick & A Promise’ (2022) is already on its third re-print, with the Irish government using one of her poems on billboards across the country for their ‘ReThink Ireland’ campaign, and it has even been included in the school curriculum.

This year Imelda joined Jools Holland on a string of summer shows and performed with Sharon Shannon’s Big Band on shows celebrating the repertoire of her dear friend Shane McGowan.

Sea Power – New Century

Brighton-based sextet Sea Power have announced they will embark on a 2025 UK headline tour, including dates in London, Manchester and Bristol.

The shows will centre on tracks that were adapted for the BAFTA-winning soundtrack for the computer game Disco Elysium, plus tracks reimagined for the acclaimed films Man Of Aran, and From The Sea To The Land Beyond.

Forming at the close of the 20th century, the band have amassed countless extraordinary achievements. Originally named ‘British Sea Power’, the band released their debut album ‘The Decline of British Sea Power’ in 2003, which received overwhelming praise.

The following years saw Sea Power’s influence on the music landscape peak as they continued to release music, toured extensively across the UK and Europe, reached mass listeners on daytime radio play and appeared numerous times on the main stages of Glastonbury, Hyde Park, Green Man Festival and many others.

They also joined iconic artists on the road such as the Flaming Lips, Interpol, Pulp and The Killers.

Pastel – Club Academy

Pastel are a five-piece shoegaze guitar band signed to independent Manchester label, Spirit of Spike Island.

Having previously topped the vinyl charts with their debut and sophomore EPs, selling out shows across the UK and being personally chosen by Liam Gallagher to play at his Knebworth shows, their long awaited debut album ‘souls in motion’ is set to be released on January 17, 2025. Fans can listen to their latest EP, ‘Leave A Light On (Velvet Storm)’ online.

They will be performing at Manchester Club Academy in February next year, and everyone can grab their seats now.
