Sam Fender is hitting the road for a giant dose of his soulful anthemic sounds before the year is out. ‘The People Watching’ tour is his first in the UK since 2022, and will see him play a string of large UK venues throughout December, including a date at London’s O2 Arena on December 10.

The singer-songwriter will be supported by Wunderhorse on all UK dateswhich are set to go on sale a week from today (October 25). It follows the artist cryptically teasing the announcement this week, and also comes hot on the heels of the news that his third album – the follow-up to 2021’s Seventeen Going Under – is now complete.

By attending the shows, fans will also be pleased to know that they’re giving to a good cause, with Sam Fender ensuring that £1 from each ticket sold will go towards the Music Venues Trust – a move that Coldplay are also practising on their upcoming UK tour.

On top of the date at the O2, Sam Fender will also play Dublin, Leeds, Birmingham, and Glasgow, before a homecoming show in Newcastle to top off the tour in style just before Christmas Day. Tickets for the shows will be available via his website, and given the utter adoration for the man further north, a ballot will be in place for those with postcodes in the northeast to see him in Newcastle.

Following these dates in the UKSam Fender will then go out across mainland Europe for more live dates on the continent in March.
