With a mother-of-pearl finish, the coat, which costs £65 here, has a relatively oversized fit, meaning it looks chic with baggy jeans and a baby jumper but can also be worn with a sweater underneath, should you need it in chilly temperatures . Coming in sizes 10 to 20, the coat has been designed with a full zip front that converts into a funnel neck to keep your neck toasty.

I ordered a size larger (20) than my usual with Roman (18) because I’m pear shaped and wanted to ensure I could zip all the way on a cold day, so a size up is perfect.

As it’s fresh on the website there are zero negative reviews to leave but one thing we notice straight away is that it’s not described as waterproof, has been made from (presumably untreated) polyamide and doesn’t have a hood either, so it’s best to wear it in mind when you take a coat to protect you from the rain.
