Several leaks have already revealed many of the family’s roles and abilities Marvel Rivals, thanks to the leakers on X (formerly Twitter), some of which surprised many players and fans of the characters.

Mr. Fantastic’s Moveset explained

Marvel’s Rivals

Despite being one of the smartest people in the Marvel Universe, that doesn’t mean Reed Richards isn’t used to being physically fit, although many were still surprised to hear that he would become a duelist Marvel’s Rivals.

RivalsLeaks’ Mr. Fantastic’s leaks show a detailed list and description of his set:

BRANIAC BOUNCE (Q): Jump and smash, hitting enemies within range. When you hit an enemy, jump again up to six times.

reflective rubber (LSHIFT): Stretch the body to absorb damage before firing stored damage in the target direction.

FLEXIBLE extension (E): Select a target and rush towards it, damaging enemies and giving allies bonus health.

FLEXIBLE PUNCH (LEFT CLICK): Extend a forward punch to attack enemies.

RUBBER (RIGHT CLICK): Extend your arms forward to tangle with enemies, then LEFT CLICK to select and drag two more enemies.

TENSILE STRENGTH (PASSIVE): Skills create flexibility, which increases attack power. Reaching full elasticity triggers a full stat that restores health and increases damage even more.

Human Torch Moveset Explained

Marvel’s Rivals

It was no surprise to everyone that the hot-headed Johnny Storm would be the other duelist Marvel’s Rivals and that he would have the ability to fly around the map, just like Iron Man.

Leaks for Human Torch by RivalsLeaks showed a detailed listing and description of their set:

SUPERNOVA (Q): Unleash shockwaves to damage enemies within range. During the activation of the skill, the flame field turns into a tornado of fire.

PLASMA BODY (LSHIFT): Hold down LSHIFT to enter accelerated climb.

Pyroprison (E): Combine fields of flame to form a firewall that inflicts burns on enemies.

SLITTING METEOR (F): Dive towards the ground and stun nearby enemies.

FIRE CLUSTER (LEFT CLICK): Launch a forward-distributing fireball.

BLAZING BLAST (right click): Fire a fireball to create a field of flame in the target area.

OMEGA FIRE (X; COLLABORATION WITH MYRLY): Storm can consume one of the Human Torch’s fire tornadoes to his extremes to ignite a hurricane. Likewise, the Human Torch can turn Storm’s hurricane into a fiery hurricane with his ultimate power, which then magnifies and powers any fire tornadoes in his path.

Marvel’s Rivals

Another ambiguous revelation from the leaks was The Thing, which is another Vanguard like The Hulk or Venom. Marvel’s Rivals.

Unfortunately, unlike Mr. Fantastic and Human Torch, The Thing’s series leak is less detailed, missing key tie-ins, which RivalLeaks guessed:

SLAM MOMENT (Q): Uses massive force to knock all enemies in front of you into the air.

money INSTITUTIONS (LSHIFT): Constantly charge forward, picking off enemies in your path, leaving behind a seismic zone that prevents movement.

BATTLEFIELD SUPPORT (E): Jump towards teammates and increase damage reduction for them and yourself.

COMBINATION BREAD (LEFT CLICK): Fast and continuous punches.

THUNDERBOLT punch (right click): Make a devastating blow.

SOLID AS A STONE (PASSIVE): Immune to enemy knockback, knockback, and other displacement effects.

Invisible Woman Moveset Speculation

Marvel’s Rivals

What has disappointed many fans in these leaks is Susan Storm, who was apparently revealed as a strategist, despite being canonically the most powerful member of the Fantastic Four.

Additionally, the Invisible Woman’s series leaks, provided by data miner TheGabenZone (via Rival_Leaks ), only have the names translated from Chinese, with no descriptions or key bindings (except for her final name).

However, there is still much to speculate about:

Psychofield (Q): Given that she’s a healer, her ultimate will likely revolve around support, which could mean providing cover to teammates in a certain proximity or target radius.

Psychic Strike: Possibly a primary fire (LEFT CLICK) that gives Invisible Woman a long range attack.

Psychological help: Potentially a secondary fire (right click) that allows Invisible Woman to give her teammates shields from a distance.

Psychic Vortex: A status or displacement effect that can force enemies together with a focused beam.

Psionic Invisibility: It wouldn’t be a shock if Invisible Woman could turn herself invisible like Sombra Overwatchsneak behind enemy lines or make a quick escape.

Invisible Energy (PASSIVE): What no doubt fuels the Invisible Woman’s ultimate ability, perhaps how much damage an enemy does to her shields.

season 1 / Marvel’s Rivals starts January 10.
