The highly-rated Reema restaurant on the town’s Coniscliffe Road has built its name as one of the most notable restaurants in the area since it was first established in 1999.

But it has now been revealed that the business is up for sale – giving someone else an opportunity to build on the success that Reema has seen over the years.

Appearing on Rightmove earlier this week for £60,000, the business has been marketed by Hilton Smythe in Bolton.

Currently, the restaurant has a Google rating review of 4.4/5 and a TripAdvisor score of four stars out of five, with thousands of diners visiting the venue over the years.

On the sale listing, it reads: “Reema has now come to the open market due to our clients recent relocation out of the country.

“Reema is a well-established Indian restaurant that has recently been refurbished to a high standard.

“The restaurant offers eat-in or takeaway options. Customers can also request a delivery option by ordering over the phone or through their website.”

The restaurant spans over two floors and has seating for 50 people, while it employs nine people at the venue.

According to the listing, new owners could list the business with Just Eats and Uber Eats if they wish, while it noted that there is ‘scope for further growth’ and potential to build on trading hours, which are currently Monday to Thursday – 5pm – 10pm, Friday to Saturday – 5pm – 11pm, and closed on Sunday.

The business is being sold on a Leasehold basis, with the current rent at £12,000 per year.
