Pizza Pilgrims has seen its pre-tax profits more than double to £0.7m for the year ended 25 June 2023, up from £0.3m in 2022.

Furthermore, its revenues increased by 37% to a record £28.7m, compared with £21m in 2022.

Alongside this, the company’s EBITDA rose to £2.4m, up from £1.1m the previous year and the average monthly number of employees also grew from 354 in 2022 to 416 in 2023.

This comes after the company opened its first regional site in Brighton followed by Nottingham and Cambridge in the period.

It also opened sites in Queens Park, London and in Leeds in 2023 with four openings to come this year, including debuts in Cardiff and Edinburgh.
