Hello pita friends! Get ready for a wild, flavor-packed adventure at Mizno Soho on Broadwick Street! The global cult favorite and Eastern Mediterranean hot spot returns to its street food roots and shakes things up with a casual menu where stuffed pitas are at the center.
Break away from the fast-casual places where you’re usually always in line during your lunch break – Miznon is all about happy pita pockets and an energetic buzz. The new menu, where almost everything is served in a pita or paper bag, showcases their magical kitchen moves. It’s perfect for discerning diners looking for a quick yet more adventurous dining experience.
The star of the show is the Miznon pillowcase, which the award-winning London critic describes as a “game changer”. Famed for her rebellious dishes, celebrity chef Eyal Shani turns pita-stuffed dishes into one-of-a-kind local creations that bring seasonality and quality to the fore. Shan’s Fish ‘n’ Chips, developed especially for London, have branzino, potato, pickle, aioli, parsley and vinegar in a pocket, while the brand new Rotisserie Broken Chicken features tahini, za’atar and spicy green peppers.
Out-of-the-Pita options include Mizno’s signature and world-famous roasted baby cauliflower alongside bags of green beans; Batata: sweet roasted potato smoothed with sour cream and crushed on baking paper; and the Old City Mezze with falafel, fresh vegetables and a hard-boiled egg.
While the menu is casual, the drinks at Mizno Soho are anything but. Choose from four authentic gazozs featuring the best flavors of the Middle East and Mediterranean – enjoy them on their own or jazz them up with anise-forward arak or tequila. Other drinks include cocktails such as the Foraged Negroni, Paloma or Miznon Mary, which sits alongside London beers, wines and champagne.
Inside the atmosphere is orchestrated chaos, where chefs organize their own style of pita parties and regularly performing DJs. Take a seat at one of the handful of tables or grab a bench in the stadium-style bleacher seats – perfect for communal dining and socializing.
Mizno Soho breaks the rule Book with an unbridled and inventive approach to casual dining, making it one of London’s most exciting places to eat. Head there now to those insanely fluffy holds and stay in the unbeatable atmosphere.
Available on the go or to eat in, Miznon Soho is open seven days a week, from 12:00, closes at 11:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday and 10:00 p.m. on Sundays. Ready, ready, pita!
