Some influencers are jumping on the pickle bandwagon:

Social people don’t go crazy either. Independent food and beverage retailer DELLI has noticed a significant spike in interest in additions to pickle-based drinks, “Pickles and ferments have been trendy at DELLI since day one. In the beginning, they made up a huge part of our first DELLI brewers, and we wonder where we’d be without them. Today, we’re seeing a growing trend toward spicy and tangy drinks, and an interest in savory Bloody Marys, Picantes – and growing towards martinis every day.”
Dill pickle-flavored snacks are also popping up everywhere, and the trend is only growing. According to Yelp’s 2023 Food Trends report, internet searches for pickle-flavored foods increased 55% last year, and Datassential’s FoodBytes trend report found that dill pepper fits into the nostalgic flavor category consumers will crave in 2024.*
