Pasta for lunch, pasta for dinner, hell, we’ll even have leftover pasta for breakfast! There’s never not been a time we’re not happy to chow down on the world’s great dish. But we’ll be extra celebrating this World Pasta Day (October 25) with a free portion from Pasta Evangelists!
On a mission to bring “pasta to the people” this Friday, it’s launching a nationwide free pasta giveaway in 25 locations – including several in and around London. The fresh pasta experts will be showcasing some of their best-selling dishes, including a Wild Mushroom Sauce and a Beef Shin Ragu.
There are a total of 5,000 portions of free pasta across the country. Head to places like Shoreditch, Camden, Greenwich, Clapham, Richmond and Wembley to get your hands on a free bowl of saucy goodness. There will be 200 portions of pasta available at each location, served fresh from 3-4pm on a first come first served basis.
Known for its fresh pasta delivery/takeaway service, Pasta Evangelists delivers over 50,000 pasta boxes nationwide each month. It opened its first restaurant in Harrods Dining Hall in 2021, with more following in Richmond, Greenwich, Chiswick and Manchester Airport. You’ll also be able to grab free pasta tomorrow in Birmingham, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Cardiff, Brighton, Reading, Manchester, Nottingham, Newcastle and Oxford.
