See London by bike when you take on The King’s Trust Palace to Palace challenge this October!

Every year The King’s Trust puts on a charity bike ride that raises money to transform the lives of young people across the UK. The Palace to Palace bike ride has been running for 18 years and has become one of London’s most iconic bike ride events for riders of all abilities. 🚴‍♀️🚴‍♂️

This year, the ride takes place on Sunday 5 October 2025. Beginning at Buckingham Palace the route takes you through central London and the Surrey hills before ending at the famous Finish Festival in Windsor where you can enjoy live entertainment with friends and family. 🏰

We’ve partnered with The King’s Trust to give TfL customers discounted entry to this amazing ride. By using code METRO25 you’ll get 10% off your registration fee, on top of the early bird discount. Your registration fee includes your race pack, timing chip and Palace to Palace t-shirt. Discount is valid until 30 June, 2025. 👉 Sign up here

About The King’s Trust

Recent research finds one in five young people not in employment, education or training (NEET) are applying for jobs every day, and almost a third (30%) say they have experienced a mental health problem due to being unemployed (The King’s Trust TK Maxx Youth Index 2025).

The King’s Trust believes every young person should have the chance to succeed, no matter the challenges they are facing.  The Trust helps young people to develop essential life skills, get ready for work and access job opportunities because they know having a job or running a business can lead to a more stable, fulfilling life. 💛

Palace to Palace raises much needed funds to support the work of The Trust, and it’s also a fun day out! The event has two route choices, the classic 45-mile route, or if you’re feeling brave, you can push yourself and take on the 90-mile ultra route. ➡️ View route
