JAWS – O2 Ritz, Manchester

April 25, 2025

Birmingham dream-pop four-piece and indie stalwarts JAWS have announced a run of farewell shows for April 2025.

Well-known for their sunny and subversive take on indie-rock, JAWS have previously supported the likes of The Twang, Peace and Spector. Praised by The Guardian for creating “a rising tumult of lovely lacerating melodies and noise over a rock beat you can dance to,” the band have attracted praise from the likes of NME, DIY, Gigwise, Dork, The Line of Best Fit, Far Out Magazine, The Independent, Clash and more.

Tickets are on sale here from 10am today (September 13).

Bear’s Den – The Bridgewater Hall, Manchester

March 11, 2025

Formed in 2012, Bear’s Den have amassed a dedicated and international fanbase with their anthemic songs. With four studio albums under their belt, as well as a collaborative project with composer Paul Frith, they have been a regular fixture in the UK and European charts since their inception. Their debut album ‘Islands’ also garnered a nomination for an Ivor Novello Award for Best Song Musically and Lyrically.

Having toured around the world playing theatres, arenas and festivals – including Reading and Leeds, Glastonbury Festival, Pukkelpop, Lowlands and Bonnaroo – and following the release of their third album ‘So That You Might Hear Me, the duo returned to their origins in 2019 for a tour of tiny ‘Highlands and Islands’ venues across Scotland and a supporting documentary.

This year, the band celebrates 10 years since their debut record ‘Islands’, releasing a new recording of ‘Above the Clouds of Pompeii’ with Dermot Kennedy alongside a European tour.

London Grammar – AO Arena, Manchester

November 12, 2024

London Grammar have released their highly anticipated fourth studio album ‘The Greatest Love’ today (September 13). The new album from Hannah Reid, Dan Rothman and Dot Major arrives 11 years after their double platinum-selling debut ‘If You Wait’ was released when the band were just teenagers.

‘The Greatest Love’ is the sound of a band who have carved a unique path, selling out arenas while swerving ‘celebrity’ status. Having sold three million albums worldwide with two #1 selling records, an Ivor Novello win, and numerous BRIT Award nominations under their belts, ‘The Greatest Love’ is a celebration of creative freedom for the British trio and a triumphant start to their second decade in the industry.

Kruder & Dorfmeister – Albert Hall, Manchester

May 2, 2025

Kruder & Dorfmeister have announced a show at Manchester’s Albert Hall next May, to celebrate the 25th anniversary of ‘The K&D Sessions’.

Occasionally, an album comes along that seems to capture the mood of the time; ‘The K&D Sessions’ was one of those. In the late 1990s, hardly any afterparty, smoking session or languid Sunday afternoon was complete without Kruder & Dorfmeister blasting from the Bang & Olufsen.

Now approaching its 25th anniversary, the lore around this iconic release, steeped in a silvery cloud of smoke, retains a star quality which only shines brighter as time hurtles on. With the original having sold well over a million copies by this point in time, it’s almost hard to imagine a mix or remix compilation being able to inform a movement like ‘The K&D Sessions’ has.
