Online fashion retailer Oh Polly is getting tough on repeat returners.

The brand told its customers that the cost of returns will now be calculated based on each individual customer’s rate of return.

According to FashionUnited, the customer who wants to return something will be charged depending on how much of their order they send back.

This means that if you want to return 50% of everything you bought, you’ll be charged £2.99, but if you return more than 90% of it, you’ll be billed £8.99.

This makes a change from Oh Polly’s previous flat rate of £2.99 for all returns.

The company wrote in an email to its customers: “We would like to inform you of an important update to our returns policy.

“We really value each and every one of our customers, and one of the ways we keep prices down is by being fair to everyone.
