It’s been a stressful few days for Oasis fans. Since brothers Noel and Liam Gallagher announced on social media earlier this week that the iconic band would be reuniting for a 14-date UK and Ireland tour in 2025, 15 years since the brothers last performed together, the tickets have become the most-sought-after gig tickets since, well, Taylor Swift. The Britpop legends will play 10 dates in Cardiff, Manchester, Edinburgh, Dublin, as well as four in London.
After a complicated pre-voting process which saw some fans gain access to a short-notice pre-sale last night, the first tickets for English gigs went live at 09.00am today, with the sites of key sellers Ticketmaster and See Tickets both cracking under the strain within minutes.
At the time of writing it is back up and running but fans are complaining on social media that they are standing in queues for hundreds of thousands of music fans.

While the general sale went live at 09.00, so did the VIP tickets.
