Fresh of a collab with legendary chef Pierre Koffmann, FOWL is now teaming up with Table Manners’ Lennie and Jessie Ware for November.

The menu at Solis revolves around two key items: half spatchcock chicken with a signature smoked aji-aji oil, and a flat iron with a green steak sauce reminiscent of L’Entrecote in Marylebone. If large grilled meats don’t call your name, fret not, Solis also offers a range of nibbles ‘para picar’.
