Meghann Fahy plays Merritt, Amelia’s best friend, maid of honour and an influencer. She dies during the first episode of The Perfect Couple, which sets up multiple threads as to who could’ve done it.

You almost definitely recognise Meghann from her role in The White Lotus season 2, where she played Daphne, and as fashion assistant Sutton Brady in The Bold Type. She is a 32-year-old American acctress, who is dating Leo Woodall.

Billy Howle as Benji Winbury

Benji’s wedding takes centre stage in The Perfect Stranger. He is marrying Amelia on the Fourth of July weekend, at his family mansion on the island of Nantucket.

He is played by Billy Howle, a 34-year-old British actor from Scarborough, who most recently played a Dutch diplomat in BBC mini series The Serpent. You might also recognise him from E4 drama Glue, MotherFatherSon, and thriller series The Beast Must Die.

Dakota Fanning as Abby Winbury

Abby is the wife of Benji’s brother Jack, who has married into the Winbury family. She’s heavily pregnant.

Dakota Fanning is a 30-year-old American actress who was recently in the Netflix series, Ripley opposite Andrew Scott, as well as Once Upon A Time In Hollywood and Ocean’s Eight.

Mia Isaac as Chloe Carters

Netflix

Chloe plays the daughter of the detective who is in charge of investigating the murder, who also has a friendship with the youngest Winbury brother, Will. She works at the catering company which serves the Winbury family events.

In real life, Mia is a 20-year-old actress from the US who made her debut in 2019’s Lovestruck. Most recently, she played Covey in the mini-series Black Cake, and also had roles in Not Okay and Gray Matter.

Eve Hewson as Amelia Sachs

Netflix

Eve Hewson plays Benji’s wife-to-be and the best friend of Merritt, who finds herself key to the murder investigation that unfolds over the bank holiday weekend.

You most likely recognise the 33-year-old Irish actress thanks to her starring role in Bad Sisters, where she plays Becka. She also played the lead in the Netflix thriller Behind Her Eyes, which came out in 2021, while her other roles include 2011 drama film This Must Be the Place, The Luminaries and Bridge of Spies.

Liev Schreiber as Tag Winbury

Tag is the patriach of the wealthy Winbury family, and husband to best-selling author Greer. He also finds himself embroiled as a potential suspect of the murder in The Perfect Couple.

Liev Schreiber is a 56-year-old actor from San Francisco, who you might recognise from X-Men Origins: Wolverine, Wes Anderson’s Asteroid City, and Netflix’s 2021 movie Don’t Look Up.

Ishaan Khatter as Shooter Dival

Shooter is another suspect in the murder case in The Perfect Couple, one of the wedding guests who finds himself under suspicion.

In real live, Ishaan Khatter is a 28-year-old Indian actor who was also in Don’t Look Up, and has many Hindi-language movies to his name, including Khaali Peeli, Fursat and more.

Nicole Kidman as Greer Garrison

Greer Garrison is the matriarch of the Winbury family, who almost definitely has more going on behind the scenes than she lets on. She is also a bestselling author, who is promoting her book while her son plans to get married at their Nantucket estate.

Nicole Kidman is a 57-year-old American actress with a back catalogue of movie and TV shows longer than our arm. From Big Little Lies to the recent Netflix movie, A Family Affair with Zac Efron, she’s also in Aquaman, Bombshell, The Goldfinch and more.

Jack Reynor as Thomas Winbury

Thomas Winbury is Benji’s older brother, who is married to Abby and expecting a baby. He’s a bit of a troublemaker, and there’s the suggesting of a drinking problem in The Perfect Couple.

In real life, Jack Reynor is a 32-year-old Irish actor who you might recognise from films like What Richard Did, Transformers: Age of Extinction, Glassland, Macbeth, Sing Street and Midsommar, as well as the series The Peripheral.
