Netflix Turkey offered a somewhat cryptic response to fan outcry during the fourth season. When the Raven flies.
When the Raven flies is a Turkish drama series that follows a young woman named Asli who works as an intern for popular newscaster Lale Kiran. Unhealthily obsessed with Lale, Asli uses the unstoppable power of social media for her own diabolical purposes.
The official X account (formerly Twitter) for Netflix in Turkey gave an answer to fans who were longing for the fourth season. When the Raven flies.
The third season of the series was said to be its last, and a 4th season has not been officially confirmed.
Netflix published the following in response to X’s (ex-Twitter) post regarding the second season, which didn’t exactly give any clarity on renewal possibilities (roughly translated from fur):
“So, does anyone know about this like I do?”
Elsewhere on the social media platform, Netflix gave another Answer to a fan who told the streaming giant not to blur the truth any further When the Raven flies:
“I said this was the last season, you didn’t believe it, look what happened now.”
So again, it’s not the most crystal clear statement, but it serves as an acknowledgment from the streaming giant.

So is the Milky Way season 4 really happening?
Barring confusing messages from Netflix, it seems so When the Raven flies has its wings clipped because it’s likely that Season 3 will be its last.
This is especially likely since it was officially stated that the show will end after three seasons.
By the end of the third season, the main character Asli was forced to leave and returned to her hometown. But in the last minute of the show, Lale asked Asli to return to Istanbul.
So, even though the third season ends in an open-ended manner, which seems to leave room for more stories, the creators of the series probably did this on purpose.
After all, as the meaning of the actual idiom would indicate, the simplest drawing is that When the Raven flies is well and truly over.
Of course, stranger things have happened and there’s always the outside chance of a surprise renewal from Netflix.
