Victoria Jones, formerly with Clarks, takes on the role of the international leader of the commercial leader, while Richard Davies has been promoted to international partnership director because he has previously served as the class manager for M&S brands.

All three new denominators reported last year were appointed to the International International CEO Mark Lemming as part of M&S’s strategic reset and priorities for its international business under recent leadership.

Mark’s Remit is to reset international business by building strong grounds for future growth through capital light partnerships and a multi-ship’s online business. Over time, this reset creates better opportunities to take advantage of M&S strength, expertise and reliable brand to expand the global coverage of the UK.

Building a strong management team with global experience is key to reset and the future growth plan for M&S international business.

Lemming commented: “The reset of our international business is focused on taking the right time and working to build a strong foundation for sustainable growth. Building an experienced global management team is an integral part of this plan, and Manish, Victoria and Richard play important roles that bring new perspectives to our international reset and future growth strategy.

“As we continue to make the strategy progress, I am still sure of the medium and long -term opportunity of M&S to drive global growth.”

In April, Manish joins the M&S International Management Team, while Victoria and Richard are already in their own roles.
