The first event of Holland & Barrett’s ‘Sunrise Sessions’ will kick off the tour, bringing feel-good vibes and energy-boosting experiences to attendees.

Presenter Will Gamble and DJ Sara Cox will host the event, with a special appearance from Dr Hazel Wallace.

The unique ‘wake-up call’ is set to take place at a rooftop venue on London’s South Bank, where Londoners can take part in an energising wellness rave.

The event, designed to fully charge attendees’ mornings, offers an array of experiences contributing to overall wellbeing, alongside expert insight and guidance.

Participants can look forward to an array of activities.

After a live DJ set from Sara Cox, guests will participate in an interactive wellbeing session including standing Pilates and energising breathwork, to set a positive tone for the day ahead.

Afterwards, guests will be treated to a nutritious breakfast and a live panel discussion delving into the science behind energy, movement, and mood.

Attendees will then leave with a ‘goody bag’ of health and wellbeing products worth £200.

Holland & Barrett’s Sunrise Sessions, which will also tour Manchester, Cardiff, Birmingham, and Dublin throughout the summer, aim to uplift city dwellers ready to start their day full of energy.

Tickets for the London event can be bought through Eventbrite for £10 per person.

The two-hour long inauguration of the event in London on the morning of June 19 at the London County Hall Rooftop Restaurant will have spaces limited.

If you’d like to invest in your morning and fully charge your day, you can book your place at the London event now.

If you are interested in getting a boost of positivity, fitness, and wellness, find more details on the Eventbrite website.

Sunrise Sessions will then go on to Manchester on June 26, followed by Cardiff on July 3, Birmingham on July 9, and a date for Dublin yet to be announced.

With wellness gifts and a promise to turn a regular weekday morning around, the Sunrise Sessions are likely to attract many health-conscious city dwellers ready to start their day fully energised.

This morning wellness rave could be your ticket to starting your day right.
