Netflix has another 2024 reality hit on its hands when it’s introduced to the public Buying Londonn charismatic real estate agents.
The English Buying Beverly Hills spin-off follows real estate magnate Daniel Daggers and his London-based DDRE Global team of luxury real estate agents.
Although there are many offers to be brokered and properties for sale, which does Buying London stands out because it focuses on brokers as they navigate the relationships between each other and the complex real estate industry.
Meet the characters of Netflix’s Buying London
Daniel Daggers
Headed by Daniel Daggers Buying London. As a well-known real estate mogul based in London, Daggers is the boss of DDRE Global, bringing together this group of agents to handle some of the most luxurious properties in The Big Smoke.
Nicknamed “Mr. Prime Time, Dagger has worked in the property industry for years, starting as a lowly agent selling studios in the heart of London. He has gone on to start his award-winning property group.
It was Hamilton
Oli Hamilton brings a bit of old school to the DDRE Global team. Hamilton is an agent known for his penchant for English high society and his fluent silver tongue.
Although he had previously hit the club as something of a party animal, Hamilton has since settled down and is married to his wife, Viv.
Reme Nicole
Reme Nicole joins Buying London as the actors youngest agent. Nicole is a 21-year-old rookie trying to make a name for herself in the real estate game.
As a rookie at the office, Nicole is constantly trying to impress Daniel Daggers, the owner of DDRE. Despite his young age, he is determined to stand out and cement himself among London’s biggest and brightest real estate stars.
Lauren Christy
Lauren Christy is one of DDRE’s best agents and causes drama in the office when her colleagues believe that their boss Daniel may have favored her.
Christy is South African and joins the series believing she deserves the absolute best properties the agency has to offer, even if it means leaving some of her fellow agents in the dust.
Rosi Walden
Born and raised on the streets of London’s Holland Park, Rosi Walden is one of DDRE’s original Londoners. She is the darling of the office, who prides herself on knowing London better than anyone else on staff.
Although he argues with Lauren about his colleague getting all the prime real estate, Walden is still quite pleasant, willing to sit down and have a heart-to-heart with anyone in the office.
It’s raining in Bagdonaviciute
While some other agents may be more charming or have more impressive connections, Rasa Bagdonaviciute is outshone by almost anyone in London real estate.
Bagdonaviciute is an outspoken, no-BS kind of person who doesn’t always cut corners with his coworkers.
Juliana Ardenius
Juliana Ardenius is DDRE’s internal interior designer. Ardenius’ job is to make the real estate agency’s luxury properties look as good as possible in order to hopefully get an offer from potential buyers.
At work, Ardenius’ primary goal is to make the company’s listing look as glamorous as possible, but outside the office he is a well-known party.
Olivia Wayne
Olivia Wayne is responsible for DDRE’s ever-growing online presence as the agency’s web content creator. A broadcaster by profession, he joined the real estate team to represent the brand’s values online.
He is also the anchor of the group in many cases, as he is one of the few level-headed members of the DDRE team in the office, who can get hot at times.
Alex Bourne
If there was a villain Buying London, that would be Alex Bourne. Bourne is a longtime friend of DDRE founder Daniel Daggers, who finds himself working for a rival agency chasing the same properties and clients as DDRE.
Despite Bourne and Daggers going back decades, pen hits paper, the pair aren’t afraid to throw each other under the bus if that’s what it takes to get a deal.
