Sunset for sale Season 8 brings back The Oppenheim Group franchise stalwarts like Chelsea Lazkani and Chrishell Stause, as well as a major newcomer, Allana Gold.
The 2024 edition of the Netflix reality series mainly revolves around the intense drama, outlandish rumors and expert behind-the-scenes real estate dealings of The Oppenheim Group agents. The series was created by Adam DiVello.
Sunset for sale Season 8 premiered on Netflix on September 6.

Jason Oppenheim
Leading Actors in 2024 Sunset for sale is Jason Oppenheim, CEO and co-founder of The Oppenheim Group.
Aside from his leadership roles, Jason has a lot on his plate in Season 8, and his storyline mainly revolves around him grieving the loss of his 18-year-old chihuahua Niko.
Jason, who hails from Palo Alto, California, reveals in episode 8 that he and Mary Bonnet honored Niko by tattooing his ashes on their arms as a tribute to their loyal dog.
Brett Oppenheim
Brett Oppenheim is Jason’s twin brother and co-founder of The Oppenheim Group.
He is responsible for assigning agents tasks in the new season Sunset for sale, such as newcomer Allana Gold’s unfinished property in the Hollywood Hills.
Before diving into the world of real estate, Brett is a former attorney who traveled to over 75 countries before settling in Los Angeles for a thriving career.
Chrishell Stause
Chrishell Stause has been with The Oppenheim Group since the first season Sunset for sale.
After spending more time with his partner G-Flip in the previous season, Stause’s friendship with Bre Ties is highlighted in season 8. He also acts as a broker in the riff between Chelsea Lazkan and Bre.
In the midst of Chelsea’s cheating husband problem, Stause is conflicted about choosing a side because her new best friend Bre is responsible for revealing how she found out about Jeff (Chelsea’s husband) cheating in the past.
Mary Fitzgerald Bonnet
Mary Fitzgerald Bonnet is the vice president of the Oppenheim Group.
After the miscarriage of the previous season, Mary Fitzgerald is ready for a fresh start Sunset for sale Season 8 alongside her husband Romain (a trusted contractor for The Oppenheim Group).
Season 8 sees Mary’s ongoing conflict with Chelsea Lazkan, which is introduced right away in episode 1 and also focuses on Niko’s funeral in the second half of the episodes.
Emma Hernan
Emma Hernan is a former model who is now part of The Oppenheim Group. He also founded Emma Leigh & Co, a plant-based frozen food company.
In Season 8, Emma is haunted by rumors that she is having an affair with a married man.
Speaking in a recent interview with US Weekly, Mary Fitzgerald Bonnet was tight-lipped about the rumors surrounding Emma, noting that she is “very sweet girl” and he “(It feels) bad that he was portrayed like that:”
“I want no part of this. Emma is a very sweet girl and I feel bad that she was portrayed that way.”
Briefly, in one of the episodes of season 8, Nicole Young tells Mary and Amanza Smith about Emma’s problem. “source.”
Mary also told US Weekly that she can’t believe the rumors are true, noting, “He’s very picky about who he dates.”
Amanda Smith
Another franchise base Sunset for sale is Amanza Smith.
Amanza has experienced his fair share of ups and downs in the real estate world. He is known for his stylish and incredible art openings as part of The Oppenheim Group.
In Season 8, Amanza invites her friends and family to her 47th birthday party. However, at the center of Amanza’s story in the new season is her former stylist Sammie Moussallem.
In one of the season’s confessionals, Chrishell Stause shared that she was hesitant to attend Amanza’s birthday party after Sammie invited her “fake lesbian” in a public outcry.
Amanza finally chose her friend Chrishell and the uninvited Sammy for her party.
Sammie, meanwhile, shared with PEOPLE an official apology to Chrishell the day after the season 8 premiere on Netflix:
“I apologize for that. Six months ago, when I’m a professional, I tried to contact him many times, either through my publicist or my manager who represents me, to get in touch to talk to him, but he hasn’t responded. I said that in a huff, and I certainly didn’t mean to overreact. .. I should have never said what I said on social media.
Chelsea Lazkan
Chelsea Lazkani is part Sunset for sale Season 8 Casts and her story centers around her husband’s cheating problem.
The rumor behind the matter started when Bre Tiesi showed Amanda Lynn texts suggesting that Chelsea’s husband Jeff was spotted kissing someone else in the hotel lobby.
Chelsea, who was toying with the problem, uses it as an advantage to gain sympathy from her fellow agents.
Chelsea and Jeff have since filed for divorce in March 2024.
Brother You are right
Bre Tiesi was a former real estate agent at Keller Williams Beverly Hills before joining The Oppenheim Group. He joined first Sunset for sale in season 6.
Bren’s storyline in Season 8 centers on learning about Jeff Lazkan’s cheating problem through Amanda and her decision to bring this up front, much to the disappointment of some of her peers (especially Chelsea, Emma, and Chrishell).
In episode 6, she also had a hilarious conversation with her ex-husband Johnny Mahnziel during their previous marriage.
Nicole Young
Nicole Young is another veteran real estate agent with The Oppenheim Group who has been involved in several lawsuits over the years, and Season 8 is no different.
In the new season, Nicole clashes with Chrishell Stause and Chelsea Lazkan after spreading a rumor about Emma Hernani sleeping with a married man.
Lower the gold
A newcomer to the world Sunset for sale is Alanna Gold. She is married to well-known businessman Adam Gold.
Alanna is a 32-year-old luxury real estate agent from Toronto, Canada who is ready to prove herself even though she is new to The Oppenheim Group.
In an interview with PEOPLE, Alanna admitted that she originally started down the path of becoming a veterinarian before eventually moving into real estate:
“I originally studied to be a vet, so I went to university and was found modeling in the middle of it. I took the opportunity because I’m actually allergic to animals, so it wasn’t a good path for me. .”
In Season 8, Alanna avoided the drama and impressed Brett Oppenheimer with a project he personally gave her in one episode, set in the Hollywood Hills.
