Netflix Super rich in Korea presents an exclusive look at the five richest people in Seoul.
The new reality series highlights the everyday life of the super rich as they spend their money guilt-free. It also provides an overview of the reasons why they settled in Seoul despite their different backgrounds and countries.

Cho Sae-ho
Cho Sae-ho is a veteran South Korean comedian who appeared in several variety shows such as Roommate, Happy together, We got marriedand Living together in an empty room.
The comedian made headlines in April 2024 when he announced that he plans to tie the knot with his non-showbiz girlfriend in October. Cho’s girlfriend is later revealed to be nine years his junior, and the two fall in love over their mutual interest in fashion.
BamBam
BamBam (whose real name is Kunpimook Bhuwakul) is a prominent member of the K-pop group GOT7.
The Thai rapper and singer started a solo career and released an EP (extended play) called “Ribbon” in June 2021.
BamBam then released his first studio album, Sour & Sweetin March 2023, leading to his first world tour from September to November in several countries including South Korea, the Philippines, China, Vietnam and his native Thailand.
Mimi
Mimi (Kim Mi Hyun) is one of the leading members of the K-pop girl group Oh My Girl, serving as its main rapper.
Oh My Girl is best known for songs such as “Dun Dun Dance”, “Dolphin”, “Secret Garden” and “Closer”.

Aren Yoo
Aren Yoo (Yoo He-ra) is a customer ambassador for Korea.
As a customer ambassador, Yoo, 25, works e.g “a bridge that connects customers to brands.”
Yoo proudly shares the confession that her dressing room is bigger than her bedroom, which is mainly due to her interest in fashion. He said, “Nice clothes make up 99% of her life.”
In Super rich in Korea Episode 1, Yoo reveals that she only wears her clothes once to impress. Besides being wealthy, Yoo wants the world to think of him when they talk about fashion.
He is currently studying hotel management at Cornell University, an Ivy League university in New York.
Yoo says he wants to bring America’s biggest fashion shows and host them in South Korea.
David Yong
David Yong belongs to Singapore’s Top 1% Super Rich group.
The 37-year-old CEO of Evergreen Group Holdings owns a private jet in Singapore, a villa with a pool and elevator, and 11 stylish cars.
David graduated from the University of Bristol in Great Britain. In addition to being CEO, he is a lawyer by training and the first son of an Asian timber conglomerate.
David came to Korea three years ago to start K-content investment because of his love and interest in K-pop. He hopes to serve as an important bridge in making Korean entertainment global.
Teodoro Marani
Teodoro Marani is an Italian entrepreneur who has lived in Seoul for three years now. Teodoro’s parents are the CEO of the Italian luxury fashion brand Henry Beguelin.
Teodoro is also the founder and part-time chef of Loop Innovators, a luxury food and beverage company that runs cooking classes for Hyundai VIP members.
Although he has rich parents, he receives no financial support from them, and he noted in his confession that he wants to be financially independent.
Noor Naim
Noor Naim, also known as Noor Stars, is an Iraqi-American living in Dubai.
He is a content producer and businessman, known as one of the best content producers in the Middle East. Noor has a total of more than 50 million subscribers on its social media platforms.
Noor, 26, made history by being the first channel in the Middle East and North Africa to get a diamond play button on YouTube. She is also the first Arab woman to create content in Arabic.
Noor collects bags and states in episode 1 that he “care a lot” of them.
He also loves Korea and is currently working on getting a house “because (his) soul is in Seoul.”
Anna Kim
Anna Kim was born in Pakistan, but has Korean citizenship (it’s been 10 years since she became a Korean citizen).
Anna’s husband, Malik, is from the royal family of Pakistan, making her a noblewoman.
He reveals that he has a home, a vacation home in Lahore and a mansion in Pakistan. Anna even has a pet lion and a tiger in her home country.
Malik Muhammad Qamar Hayat Tiwana
Malik Muhammad Qamar Hayat Tiwana is Anna’s husband and a member of a Pakistani noble family who performs Super rich in Korea Episode 2.
