D&D London, who has soon been retrained as Evolv in April, has named Martin Williams as a former leader of rare restaurants as the new CEO.

Martin Williams, who led the Gaucho and M restaurant group for seven years before leaving the rare restaurants in October 2024, will take his new role in the Evolv collection at the end of March.

Martin Williams succeeds in David Lewi, founder and former CEO David Loewi, who resigned in November almost 30 years after the business that Sir Terence Conran was originally launched.

These changes will follow D&D London sales to Calveton and Breal Capital with about 60 million pounds in 2023.

Last week, it was announced that the business re -signal Evolv. Alongside Rebrand, it intends to introduce a new Loyal Customer Club and website, and launches in Bluebird, a sister concept for Bluebird Chelsea – South Place.

To update the group’s employee company, Simon Wilkinson, Director of the Evolv Collection Board, said: “Martin joins us at a very exciting time for the company.

“For many years of a record -breaking celebration, a strong January and the first major renovation, business is expected to further develop and grow business.”

Martin Williams expressed his excitement about starting his 25-year hospitality career.

He said, “I have been a regular guest in all Evolv collections for the last two decades and I have long admired the brands, offering and talented in our restaurants; so the opportunity to lead the company as CEO is a dream role for me.”
