For parents with children leaving primary school this year, navigating the world of high school can be difficult. It is important to find a provider who can help them study towards their future ambitions and gain the confidence they need to thrive.

Schools are not just buildings where students come to learn; they are vibrant communities where young minds are nurtured, talents are discovered and dreams fly. Living community

Principal Marvin Charles said, “At E-ACT City Heights, we cultivate a lifelong passion for learning, foster holistic development, and nurture a community where every student feels valued and empowered to reach their full potential.”

Curriculum

The academy’s latest Ofsted report highlighted the curriculum as saying: “Teachers plan subjects in a way that allows pupils to build their skills step by step over time.”

City Heights’ curriculum has high expectations at its core that consistently fosters and produces successful learners and leaders equipped for the ever-changing world around them with critical thinking and the curiosity to adapt to any situation.

The support and care given to students is at the heart of everything it does, and at E-ACT City Heights Academy there is a blend of traditional subjects with those that meet the needs of the modern world.

The breadth and diversity of the curriculum ensures that students are stretched and challenged to connect real-world concepts to the subjects they study, motivating them to achieve their academic potential while supporting them on their journeys to further education and their desired career paths.

Through this approach, the school aims to prepare students to thrive in an ever-changing world and to become compassionate, engaged and ambitious members of society who develop into tomorrow’s leaders.
