While 2023 may have very much been the year of Boygenius, this year you’ll be able to catch Lucy Dacus – one-third of the heralded supergroup – at a very intimate London setting. So intimate, in fact, that tickets will be randomly assigned in the name of fairness and giving fans an equal chance to see the rare gig.

‘An Evening With Lucy Dacus’ comes to London in the form of two shows (one early, one late) show at Sir John Soane’s Museum in London on March 18. The pair of gigs are part of a string of shows in the US and Europe that surround the release of the singer’s new record, Forever Is A Feelingwhich drops just 10 days after the London performances. Prior to the London gigs, Dacus will perform in Paris, Amsterdam, and Berlin.

How do I get tickets for the Lucy Dacus London shows?

Tickets for both Lucy Dacus shows at St John Soane’s Museum are being allocated via lottery, which you can sign up for via the Lucy Dacus website. Once you’ve selected your chosen date, you will be asked to provide your phone number to enter the ballot. You have until 3pm UK time on February 3 to add your name into the pot, and those who are successful will find out via SMS message on this day.

Forever Is A Feeling comes out on March 28marking her first new music since The Record by Boygenius (Lucy Dacus, Phoebe Bridgers, Julien Baker) dropped in 2023. Dacus’ new record is her fourth solo studio album – her last being Home Video in 2021. You can listen to her two new songs, Ankles and Limerancenow.
