“I’m ready for it, the fans are waiting, there’s lots of anticipation and I can’t wait to meet this year’s islanders. Love Island is the official start of summer,” she said.
Maya added: “I’ll be honest, I’m hoping for drama. I want loads of love and happy couples at the end, but I do want to be entertained, so I’m hoping for lots of fiery moments.”

She said: “I’m so excited but I also get a bit nervous,” she told followers before saying it felt like “an inside scream.”
