Splatoon 3

Nintendo’s inventive, paint-splatting, shapeshifting shooter returns. Plenty of colourful multiplayer hijinks, plus a single-player campaign titled ‘The Return of the Mammalians”. Switch; TBC

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League

The long-awaited return of Arkham Asylum developer Rocksteady, tackling DC Comics’ villainous troupe as they are tasked with taking down the brainwashed Justice League. Will continue the story begun in Rocksteady’s brilliant Batman games. A big year for DC video games in general, with co-op adventure Gotham Knights also scheduled to make an appearance.  PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PC; TBC
