Yep, you read that correctly. London is set to welcome a ‘The Bear’ inspired food truck just in time for season 3.
Impatiently waiting for season three of The Bear? You and us both. After months of waiting for any glimpse of the upcoming season, we finally have a date. The show starring Jeremy Allen White, Ayo Edibiri and Matty Matheson will finally arrive on our screens on Disney+ on June 27 so, mark your dates.
If you’re looking for a lil something more, you can catch some of that delicious Bear inspired chef action live in person at a food truck in London.
Yep yep, you read that correctly. Disney+ is teaming up with London’s favourite cooking and recipe platform Mob Kitchen on an ‘immersive eating experience’ in a form of a food truck according to the the Evening Standard.
Set to travel around London and beyond throughout the summer, this is the menu:
- Cheese and Onion Hash Brown: Skewered hash brown served with extra mature cheddar cheese custard, burnt leeks and chives.
- Glazed Pork Belly Skewer: ‘Pork floss’ in a ‘signature glaze’ topped with chicharron (pork crackling) and spring onion.
- 12-Spice Fried Chicken: 12-spice buttermilk fried chicken, garlic Kewpie mayo, crispy chicken skin and pickled red chilli.
- Beef Cheek Doughnut: braised beef cheek, roast bone marrow, mature cheddar cheese with fermented chilli and crispy shallots in a sugar-topped doughnut.
