Julian Catzelis has been appointed as the new Director of Food and Beverage at the London Hilton on Park Lane hotel. He joins the team from Harrods and brings a wealth of experience to his new role.
The London Hilton on Park Lane recently announced the opening of its luxury steakhouse, Mr Porter, and is preparing to launch Shanghai Me, Dubai’s renowned Asian fine dining restaurant concept on the 28th floor, which is set to become the tallest restaurant in Mayfair.
In addition to Mr Porter and the upcoming Shanghai Me, London Hilton on Park Lane has also introduced Park Corner Brasserie and Revery Bar. Park Corner Brasserie, led by head chef Jean-Didier Gouges, offers British cuisine all day with menus inspired by nearby Hyde Park. The restaurant’s highlights include its own Sunday roast.
Revery Bar has quickly established itself as one of London’s newest hotspots, offering guests a lively atmosphere. It offers breakfast and an all-day grazing menu that allows for a relaxed dining experience. One of its standout offerings is the unique ‘Tea, Cakes & Cocktails’ experience.
“I am thrilled to be joining such a legendary hotel at one of the most exciting points in its history,” he says. “London Hilton Park Lane is shaping up to be the city’s most exciting dining destination and I look forward to working with the team as this new era begins.”
