Work up a sweat whilst celebrating Pride at F45 Out & Proud, taking place at the Here East F45 studio, which is aiming to tackle homophobia, biphobia and transphobia in sport and fitness and improve access to sport for the queer community. As well as a heart rate-raising workout, there’ll be performances from drag artists and DJs and a load of food and drink to enjoy, and all profits from the event are being donated to the Pride Sports charity.
