London’s cocktail scene isn’t short of bona-fide legends. Our bars consistently rank highly in world rankings and dominate UK lists of best bars. And yet it never feels like there are enough of them! We’re always looking for another great venue, another gorgeous bar, and another delicious drink. Well, here comes another contender that’s sure to become a modern classic in no time: Three Sheets Soho.

That’s right – the duo behind the Dalston cocktail destination, brothers Noel and Max Venning, are heading to Central London with their newest opening. They’ve decided to accent their roster of bars (which also includes sister bar Little Mercies in Crouch End) with a vibrant new addition. So if you’ve always meant to check out Three Sheets but never made it to Dalston, your options have now doubled. Or will soon double – with Three Sheets Soho set to open in March of this year.

The legendary cocktail hangout, which was once called Between The Sheets, counts accolade after accolade to its name. It currently sits pretty in the seventh position of the UK’s Top 50 Cocktail Bars, and in past years has climbed as high as the 15th spot on the The World’s 50 Best Bars list.

At Three Sheets Soho

Now, while it would be easy for the team to try and replicate their success with a carbon copy – they’re not content with that. You’ll be able to order the signature ‘French 75’ that put Three Sheets on the map, but they’re keen to offer some unique drinks at the new bar. New creations will include the likes of the Mango Ice Tea (pickled mango, rum, and a mix of teas), and the Scottish Coffee (buttered scotch, salted coffee, and shortbread cream).

Three Sheets Soho will be open all day, with coffee from Dead Good Coffee and pastries in the morning. Lunch and dinner will then feature a menu from ex-Lyle’s chef and butcher William Blank. Guests can expect cosy fare that ranges from salt beef sandwiches to oysters, as well as croquettes, triple-cooked chips, and plenty more.

And yes – they will also have plenty of wine available for those oenophiles who have been dragged along by their cocktail-loving friends. But come on… the original site is a world-class cocktail bar for a reason!

Three Sheets Soho will open in March this year, on Manette Street.
