The Welcome to Plathville The cast has captivated viewers for six seasons, but some members of Plath’s family and immediate family have better reputations and are more likable than others. Welcome to Plathville season 6 ended in early October 2024 and was arguably the most interesting season to date. Moriah Plath was only the second heartbreak viewers have seen her go through since the show premiered in 2019. Micah Plath ditched her playboy ways and settled in Florida with her controversial girlfriend Veronica Peters.
Kim and Barry Plath, parents of 10 (one deceased) Plath children (Hosanna, Ethan, Moriah, Micah, Lydia, Isaac, Amber, Cassia and Mercy), announced their separation in 2022 after 24 years of marriage, which was Welcome to Plathvillethe fourth season. Since then, the couple have raised their younger children in separate households. Kim moved to a small houseboat in Florida with her younger daughters, and Barry lives in their house in Cairo, Georgia. Kim and Barry are not officially divorced yet as they are still working out the financial details of their split.
Plath’s oldest son, Ethan, divorced Olivia Plath in season 5, and finalizing their divorce was the subject of the first half of season 6. The couple had married in 2018, and the first season focused on the early happy days of their marriage. a few seasons. However, one of the major storylines that developed was Olivia’s disdain for Kim and Barry and how this created a rift between not only her and Plath’s family, but also between her and Ethan. Olivia had her own storyline separate from Plath in the latter half of season 6, and even dove into a new relationship with a man named Brendan.
Plath’s four minor children, Isaac, Amber, Cassia, and Mercy, were present for most of Season 6, although they are still not the main focus of the show, likely due to their age. Welcome to Plathville has come a long way from where it started in terms of show features. Kim and Barry, who were ultra-conservative fundamentalists who protected their children from outside influences, have changed a lot and loosened their rule tremendously as they’ve been on their own paths of self-discovery. For all the drama in the lives of the Plath family and their loved ones on the show, some have stood out as more likable than others.

9 Micah Plath
Micah is stubborn
Micah has gotten a lot of screen time over the years as he’s aged before viewers’ eyes and found himself in the world. Micah ended her modeling career and flourished after moving to Los Angeles to pursue her dreams. Micah dated, became a successful model and enjoyed the Cal lifestyle. He was once good friends with Olivia, but eventually decided to stand behind his parents and family and condemned Olivia for having a problem with them. Although Micah could express malice towards Olivia, he was stubborn in his thoughts and Micah tends to make sense when explaining himself in general terms.
in season 6, Welcome to Plathville Viewers got to see a different side of Micah as he revealed his over a year long relationship with Veronica. Boyfriend/partner Micah was different, milder than fans had seen before. Micah weighed a lot of heavy life decisions about his future in season 6, and he retained his charming powers of observation, makes him a most likeable actor.
8 Barry Plath
Barry has changed for the better
TLC personality and Plath’s patriarch Barry has become much friendlier in recent seasons. She has navigated her injuries from her divorce with Kim, getting to the root of who she is, and supporting her children in any way she can. In the early season, Barry was portrayed more negatively as a tight-knit individual who was more authoritative, but now her soft side is what is shown. Barry also had a cute moment as he officially hung out with Kim’s boyfriend Ken at a family party and kept his composure and maturity. Barry was praised a lot by his children in recent seasons for growing as a person and always giving his best.
7 Moriah Plath
Moriah’s Heartbreak made her irrelatable
Moriah hasn’t always been the most popular Welcome to Plathville as an actress for bad decision-making, the pursuit of gravity and questionable makeup and clothing choices, but he has come a long way. Moriah pours her pain into her music and always strives to fulfill her dreams while trying to be honest. Olivia and Moriah were once very close, but Moriah decided to ally with her family against Olivia. In doing so, she accused Olivia of being a liar about Olivia, accusing Kim of stealing money from Ethan’s credit cards, and theft when she accused Olivia of stealing her music.
In Season 6, Moriah asked Olivia to sit down, where she apologized for her actions. Although the apology didn’t sit well with Olivia, who thought Moriah was apologizing to be sincere, it was still a big moment for Moriah. Also in season 6 Moriah showed her relative side and made fans feel bad for her when she had to deal with her troubled ex-boyfriend’s desire to get back with her after he mistreated her and broke her heart.
6 Ken Palmer
Ken Is A Pleasant Addition To The Show
Who joined Welcome to Plathville season 5 after Kim introduced him as her boyfriend. Ken was originally Isaac’s flying partner. On camera, Ken has shown his love for Kim and his desire to be a good stepfather to Plath’s children. Ken has become a drama-free guy and tries to make everyone laugh when he is in the room. On social media, Ken has shown that he’s still a big part of the Plath kids‘ lives and that he has good intentions for them and Kim. He also handled himself well when he spent time with Barry one-on-one during the family gathering.
5 Lydia Plath
Lydia flies under the radar
Lydia is the middle child of the Plath family and the most religiously devout member of the Plath family. Between Lydia’s prayer closet, participation in religious services, and innocent nature, she is largely seen as healthy. Lydia mostly flies under the radar, but she’s had a few situations, like when she wanted to be friends with Moriah’s first ex after the breakup, that have hurt fans’ opinions of her, but she doesn’t have a bad rap for the most part.
4 Ethan Plath
Ethan has learned a lot
Over the years, Ethan has been criticized for being rigid, set in his ways, a bad communicator and shy. Ethan cherishes traditional values, but is also known as the family joker. Being with Olivia didn’t bring out the best in Ethanbut in the second half of season 6, when Ethan was single, mourning his marriage and trying to get back out, it became clear that he learned a lot about himself and got more fans to root for him.
3 Veronica Peters
Veronica Showed She Is A Mean Girl

He was initially reluctant to appear on camera and when he did a few episodes later, he displayed his immaturity, clumsiness and materialism.
In addition to the qualities that were perceived negatively, Veronica has been labeled as a power chaser and a mean girl.
Veronica called Olivia a “narcissist” after Barry cryptically said that he and Veronica bonded over their shared dislike of someone. Veronica said in the interview that they were talking about Olivia. Veronica called Olivia a narcissist for not greeting her well enough at the wedding the previous summer. Veronica has made a bad impression Welcome to Plathville viewers and now has a bad reputation because of it.
2 Olivia Plath
Olivia is cringy

Olivia is marginalized by Plath’s family, which can make her a sympathetic character. He doesn’t help himself though.
Olivia leaves no room for anyone’s opinion of her feelings, and in doing so, she drove away not only Plath’s family, but her husband as well. Olivia was also noticeably tearful Welcome to Plathville season 6. She hosted a sex education party with Micah’s former friends, which was uncomfortable. She then introduced her new boyfriend Brendan to the world. The pair have matching turtle tattoos and it was extremely difficult to watch them confess their love for each other and show their immaturity.
Olivia is very opinionated and in tune with her emotions, but she is not relatable and kind, and she seems close-minded herself, although that was her biggest complaint about Ethan. Olivia seems to think that she is the center of attention and that those around her must conform to her beliefs, which makes her uncomfortable. His luggage in the exhibition has carried his own story in Season 6, which doesn’t bode well for his reception.
1 Kim Plath
Kim is the ultimate welcome Plathville villain
Kim Plath is a disliked member Welcome to Plathville. Her children have called her a bad homeschooler, an uncaring motherand someone who makes questionable decisions. Also, between seasons 4 and 5, Kim was arrested for DUI, to which she pleaded guilty. Kim was also responsible for the death of her son Joshua Plath. He accidentally ran her over in the family car in 2008.
Kim also blatantly quickly moved on from Barry and rubbed his happiness in his face. He is bound Welcome to Plathville the fans and his kids are manipulative and he has proven himself to be a hypocrite. Kim lacks humility and is often arrogant and irresponsible. He has proven that he is and will probably continue to be the most hated Welcome to Plathville as an actress for her dramatic history both in her personal life and on the show.
