It’s the perfect pasta for Easter
Looking to level up your pasta skills? Need a show-stopping dish for your Easter feast this year? We’ve got just the thing for you; an Uovo in Raviolo pasta making masterclass with Pasta Evangelists in Farringdon.
On Weds 1st April, our INSIDERS can learn how to make this impressive pasta dish – a luxurious raviolo filled with spinach and ricotta wrapped around a runny egg yolk – from scratch. Originally created at the Michelin-starred Ristorante San Domenico in Emilia-Romagna, Uovo in Raviolo is an iconic Italian dish that’s perfect for any Easter celebration.
Roberta D’Elia, Head Pastaia at Pasta Evangelists (she’s also appeared on Saturday Kitchen and Sunday Brunch showcasing her pasta expertise) will be leading the masterclass so you’ll be learning from the best. Once you’ve made your dish, you get to try it, along with unlimited prosecco throughout the class.
Tickets to the masterclass cost £45 and include the pasta making session, antipasti and unlimited prosecco.
