KE Hotels has entered into new management agreements to purchase three Hampton by Hilton properties, marking a significant step in its expansion plans across the UK.

The KE Hotels portfolio has now expanded with the addition of Hampton by Hilton Newcastle, Hampton by Hilton Birmingham Broad Street and Hampton by Hilton Sheffield. These properties join an impressive portfolio that includes Moxy Manchester, Linton Lodge Oxford and Hotel Indigo Newcastle.

These three acquisitions strengthen the company’s strategy to target “different market segments” in cooperation with leading hotel brands.

Josh Watts, Chief Operating Officer of KE Hotels, said: “We are delighted to welcome these three Hampton by Hilton properties alongside Hilton.

“This is a great opportunity to work with the talented general managers of each property, and we are excited to support the exceptional guest experiences and strong returns they deliver for owners. This project also represents an exciting new chapter as we continue to expand in the UK accommodation market.”

KE Hotels now manages a total of seven properties across the UK, with extensive rebranding and refurbishment of Linton Lodge planned for 2025.
