“Rebecca Jeffs, Folk Director, ISS UK and Ireland”

ISS UK & Ireland (ISS) has announced that it will appoint Rebecca Jeffs as a folk leader, which will enter into force on February 3.

The designation follows a thorough and impartial application process aimed at finding an experienced and professional candidate to support the continuous change in Ins UK and Ireland and promotes the achievement of ISS’s global signature movements.

Jeffs follows Sandy Lucas, director of the ISS in January 2022. Sandy has decided to engage in business with her husband outside the plant management industry. He will remain with the company until the end of February 2025 and works closely with Rebecca to ensure the smooth shift.

Ever since Jeffs joined the company in July 2023, he has shown that he is an exceptional candidate, especially in the key to the change of people and culture (P&C).

Jeffs brings over 25 years of experience as a global HR, people and cultural director in three continents and industries, and brings a proven experience in the construction of global cultural changes, HR/P&C change, building multi -faceted leadership pipelines and an employee. His efforts have promoted a culture where everyone can succeed and promote business success, including growth and social sustainability.

Jeffs is deeply committed to promoting truly engaging cultures and celebrating the unique contribution of each individual. A certified team and a single coach, he focuses on unlocking growth potential. In his name, he said, “I am excited to take on this challenging role by working alongside such a talented and committed ISS team. It often does not have the opportunity to take responsibility for the program of change initiatives with such width and vision. I look forward to managing people and culture when we are together to achieve our common goals. “

Scott Davies, CEO of ISS UK and Ireland, added: “It is an indication of our continuous efforts to enrich our People’s and Culture Management Team and strengthen our followers that we have been able to promote Rebecca’s caliber and experience from inside. I know that in Rebecca, we have found the right candidate to promote our continuous change and reach our ambition to become an elective employer and in the United Kingdom and Ireland. “
